I am not so sure about that when it comes to Sam Williams …. He did one hell of a job staying alive in this story! Once again I enjoyed listening to this book on audible, some might say that at times the story seems a bit slow, but the narrator is so good (his voice embodies Sam’s character so well) that at those times you just loose yourself listening and suddenly you back in a fast paced adventure.

Wow, this is one amazing book, OK to read after the others or before, it's quite the action adventure, thoroughly entertaining. I did feel the ending could have been fleshed out a little more but that's my only grumble.
Brilliant narration.
I'd really love to read more about Sam Williams, but it looks like I'm out of luck.
Totally recommend these books though.

A prequel of sorts

This was a new author and narrator for me and I loved both of them. This was a fast paced thriller about a prison heist and an unfortunate lawyer who gets caught up in the whole thing and his life is turned upside down when he is convinced he saw a prisoner escape but everyone keeps telling him he’s wrong. As his life and career are tarnished things take a dangerous turn in Sam’s quest for the truth.

Loved it
