While I enjoyed the story the narrator unfortunately took from my enjoyment. It was nearly as if an AI was reading it.
But I was truly rooting for them and will check out more by this author.

At the beginning I struggle with the narrator, it wasn't connecting, he was just reading and felt mechanical I almost thought that was Ai, but following the chapters, I guess he started to relax and really perform, Marc Bachmann has a beaitiful voice, I liked his technique in making different voices and I enjoyed his acting. Kudos!!!

The plot was very solid, the idea was amazing, the characters were well built, it was funny, emotional, romantic and very hot, I adored the discovering, the vulnerability, it was beautiful, I adored every moment of the book except the last chapter and the epilogue. It felt more like an afterthought.

When I decide to read a MM Romance there some aspects that I expect to read or listen, one of then is "I love you''s, The story was growing beautifully, ready for the climax, and it didn't happened.

Overall I had a pleasurable time with this book, great job to River Jaymes.

Best narrator but I hated Dylan's character so much I felt he was too selfish and how Alec kept up with him is just so painful even if you are in love why allow someone who just want sex from you mess with you🤨🥺

4hrs listening and I can’t stop laughing. Absolutely loving this book. And am sure I will love the next 2. I do wonder though if it’s selfish of me not to want Tyler to get his own happy ending 😏
