Commander Scott McNabb and the crew of the science vessel, Hermes, are three years into a five-year-long survey of the asteroid belt when they discover a derelict spaceship in orbit around a binary asteroid. The narration was stage most surprising thing for me. In the beginning the style of the narrator was sounding blend and it was annoying. It took me 1h or so of pushing through the story to realize that the voice acting is actually A+++

Story wise, consistent and pleasant. A book series that I enjoyed.

A Si Fi story which draws you in with it's amusing yet serious characters and it's take on the future regarding Ai and drones.

The story is quite good, but a little formuliac. I'm not going to listen to the second trilogy. The main character is always feeling sorry for himself. I have no empathy for him. Everyone makes mistakes, but he whines about it, needs a wake up call. And the narration is a little too slow. Sorry, not upto the hype.
