This book lacks a lot, it assume that we are all like identical numbers, that can easily fit in their happiness statistics , it completely ignores people that are different than majority, also gives bad diet advices , it completely ignores the major influence of gut micribiom over happiness and many other important factors, treating the happiness like one size fits all.

Vague and misleading
