Do you want to decrease your restlessness to gain more focus? Do you want to gain motivation by eating foods that help you control your emotions? Do you want to be confident inside and out, even with ADHD?

The gender gap reaches beyond the workplace: it also impacts medical diagnoses! While 13 percent of boys are diagnosed with ADHD, only 4.2 percent of girls are, and it’s not because girls don’t have it: It’s because we are misdiagnosed! To make matters worse, the older we get, the harder it is for medical professionals to diagnose and treat us properly. Often the only time a medical professional will notice it is if we have children who are diagnosed. By then, you’re used to living in the chaos of your home and brain!

In The Blueprint for Women with ADHD, you will discover:

  • A surprisingly simple way to manage your emotions even if your prefrontal cortex is working against you.
  • A detailed explanation of ADHD that will help you understand this disorder.
  • The tempting habits that will help you get your physical space and brain decluttered.
  • The key to commanding your time to live your best life.
  • Your options on getting tested and treated by a medical professional.
  • A heartwarming plan to ensure you don’t fall off your path.
  • The guilt-free ingredients you need to cook with to manage your ADHD symptoms.

You can increase your confidence, stay focused, and find ways to motivate yourself even if you are a serial procrastinator with a chaotic house! If you want to learn simple habits to help you thrive with ADHD, scroll up and listen to this audiobook today!

I recently bought this book for two of the most important people in my life - my daughter and granddaughter, both of whom battle ADHD daily. While my granddaughter is medicated, my daughter has grappled with the societal stigmas surrounding the condition. What blew me away was the revelation of the vast number of women who go undiagnosed! This insightful read unveils the distinct symptoms women experience, emphasizing that while some manifestations overlap, each individual's journey is unique. Moreover, it doesn’t just stop at highlighting the challenges; it provides actionable, easy-to-apply strategies, especially in realms like time and household management. Not only has my granddaughter begun reaping its benefits, but it has also equipped me with the understanding to support both her and my daughter better. This book did a great job pointing out that ADHD is often misdiagnosed or missed in women. It was very empowering to listen to this book and get the tools to understand the potential for ADHD for myself and the other women in my life.

Instead of looking at the diagnosis seriously, women tend to take the symptoms personally and look at ADHD as a character flaw. This book helps to break down those misconceptions and get the help you need to live life to your fullest potential and use ADHD as a superpower!

My favorite chapter was the one on decluttering your space. This simple step helped remove so many unnecessary stimuli in my environment, helping me focus! Such a great listen!

The narrator, Alexandra Newman, brings this book to life with the engaging narration. It was so divine that it kept me playing the book even as I moved around. The author does a great job with this subject. I didn't know that ADHD misdiagnosis was this bad for women, and now I understand the author's decision to speak to women undergoing the same thing. There is so much that has been covered in the book, and I loved just how empathetic the author is. There is a heartwarming undertone even as the difficult aspects are being discussed. The tips on space decluttering were absolutely enlightening.
