The Bolds are very surprised to be visited by Fred's mother, Granny Imamu. She's travelled all the way from Africa, and now she's here, she does not approve of what she finds.

Hyenas, living as people - whatever next! Granny Imamu starts to stir up mischief with twins Bobby and Betty, encouraging them to get in touch with their beastly side at school.

I loved this book!!!!
When their grandma comes to stay and she is confused at their way of living, she eventually realised that the Bolds are where they are meant to be. A heartfelt story with a touching message and lovely ending.
Jeffery the apeman and Miranda creating a close friendship and then Hector and Imamu’s connection, create this sense happiness in this loveable, wonderful family.
The head teacher finding out, but being so ind and understanding about it, makes me feel so grateful. That after all that the Bolds have done for other animals, she does not betray their secret.
A brilliant story with hilarious jokes!!!
