I will listen to this book many more times, whenever I need inspiration, Mark Nepo opened up his soul in the book and this has enabled me to look inside myself, notice all the flaws and also the love I have to offer. It also helped me to remember childhood joys and issues that I had buried deep within.
The daily meditations are also very helpful, and has encouraged me to meditate more, which is a good thing.
