Not really what I was expecting, and a lot of quite dull chapters where not much happened.

Take it with a grain of salt lol it’s strange and I’ve not read anything like it. It was entertaining enough that it had me wanting to find out how it ends. The narration is well done, even the accents are done well. As it’s a freebie I’d definitely give it a listen!

Without giving much away, this book reminds me of a mediocre tinder date. Started off great and middle was meh and ended pretty bad. Had so much potential to be great if the characters were more developed and the repetitive spice wasn’t so dull.

A super fun horror/thriller around the world filled with occult titbits and sex. A lot of sex. Really nice, enjoyable background stuff about bookselling too. I loved it, and the performance is pitch perfect.
