I would recommend this as a great manual because it delivers what it promises.

However, I found some areas as too self-centred and less evolved for humans, to my taste.

I've got quite a solid level of self-awareness but this book certainly set me straight on a number of things I hadn't realised about myself... Great read!

Really enjoyed this one, highlighted so many things to improve my charisma, but also so many subtle communication skills. When pointed out they are just so obvious, but I didn't do them. Watching charismatic people since this book I now notice they combine all these subtle communication skills. Lots of things to work on :)
