It was interesting to discover all about our cortisol levels and how they fluctuate throughout the month and how they differ from other people’s. The hormones that used to help us regulate cortisol change as we age, and so its important to understand how to properly support our systems. As our cortisol declines, our hormones must readjust and rebalance. Everything I needed is in this cookbook. I was concerned because it's an audiobook, but the PDF ebook version is included, and it's fantastic to see the food photos. I' been following the diet plan, and the foods are excellent and simple to cook. I've been losing a small amount of abdominal fat. Day 21: Everything is going well so far. I'll keep reading the book.
