I enjoyed the beginning of the book but as the story went on the middle felt like it was a little rushed, I felt nothing for the main character untill chapter 25 on wards & the action picked up.

I believe there could of been more character building & going from place to place in the boom could of been paced out more , the story was a hit & miss for me in places but the ending did leave intrigue to pick up the next one in the series when it releases

Had the potential to be epic but the main character was always several steps ahead of everyone. Even when she 'failed' it was all part of her over arching elaborate plan where all the pieces of her well thought out puzzle fell exactly into place for her to triumph. Unfortunately it became annoying as a reader being constantly kept out of her plans and then having them explained in retrospect after she stood there successful saying 'haha look at me.....' A couple of times I had to back peddle wondering if I missed a part because you're constantly kept out of the loop.
