each book in the Dark Tower series has its own unique feel and this one is of no exception!! another classic piece of storytelling that leaves as many questioned asked as answered! may the story if the Dark Tower forever continue, if only in the minds of those who read it!! Wait is that a horn I hear?

Absolutely loved this series, I haven't read many Stephen King novels but I have seen slot of the movies. This series is different to what he is most known for (Horror/Thriller) I would say. However, you wouldn't know it and he not only pulls it off but in my opinion excels. Creating a story so encapsulating and different that you can't wait to read or hear what comes next. I also must add the the Narrator George Guidall does a fantastic job in bringing all the characters to life, something which isn't easy to do.
Thoroughly enjoyed.

One of my very favourite authors brings one of my very favourite series to a gripping, exciting, gob-smacking momentous conclusion. The long tale of Roland of Gilead and his quest to reach the Dark Tower; gateway of worlds, and the friends he has acquired along the way finally comes to an end. Superbly written and excellently narrated here, this is one series I will come back to again and again.

I'm gutted the series has come to an end. I strongly recommend the Dark Tower Series and listening to an audio book version has been great.

I really loved this book for the story but at the same time hated it for all those deaths and that bitter sweet ending.
