An excellent follow up to The Blacktongue Theif. This is a prequel story which follows Galva as she enters the Goblin wars.

In the first book we follow Kinch and he's our only POV character so we only learn a bit about Galva. Due to this I never really got to know her or even thought I wanted to know anymore about her. After this I want to listen to the first book again this time with an added admiration for Galva.

I loved this and can't wait for the next book
