Zack and his team started over after being driven from the USA to an island in the Caribbean. The USA was attacked with nuclear EMP weapons and has no power. Food is in short supply. It was mid-winter when the USA was being invaded, making life in the USA questionable at best. Zack's team decided to flee the country.
