About this listen
The Small Shop Keeper With No Name is back. Hired to find the vandals responsible for spraying graffiti on an insurance magnate's advertising hoarding, he soon finds himself battling to solve murders that echo in the corridors of power.
With MI5 involved and everyone on the hunt for a missing Jack Russell, can our hero stay alive as well as keep his world renowned bookshop afloat?

Mystery Man, his long suffering partner and their perpetual student assistant take us on wild adventures from graffiti to murder, add to the mix a drunken lovey author called Coyle and this ragtag bunch of characters are like Black Books meets Sean Bythell, in a poor man's Christie Novel. Definitely not for those who offend easily or lack a funny bone. I love them.
Funny, gritty and wonderfully absurd

Also let down by mono-voiced narration, which more or less stayed the same for all characters.
The story did have moments of humour though; so there's that.
a bit of a shaggy dog's tale
