I really enjoyed this book. It was something different and I’m always looking for something different. But better than that, the narrator did such a fantastic job of the audio. She really captured every character and the performance was captivating. Really had me hooked from the get go!

I love Alexandria's books. One of my favourite books is the Fiancé Farce which is an absolute gem! The Devil She Knows is well written and enjoyable. The narrator did a great job in bringing the story and characters alive. For a romance I felt that the story ventured into the dark a little too much for my taste. I couldn't quite grasp why Sam was attracted to Daphne in her demon state. I just couldn't get on board with that. Daphne's character becomes more loveable and relatable as the story goes on and it has a happy ending.
