Well iv been gambling since I was 12 and am now 30. Haven't went more then a week without gambling and when I did I wanted to gamble the whole time. After listening to this the book 3 times over I haven't gambled for 2 months and don't miss it at all. I'm totally cured and I can control my my money and plan out things.
