It is right at the top!

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love all the characters in the faraway tree. Enid wrote wonderful characters and settings that were perfect for daydreamers.

Have you listened to any of Kate Winslet’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Yes and it is just as good. Kate has a wonderful reading voice.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

No, but I enjoyed all the adventures and settings.

I loved this series as a child and still have the books. It’s still just as magical today. Kate Winslet is an excellent choice to read the stories, she really brings the characters to life!
