Unconscious bias affects us all, every day of our lives. But it can be overcome. Here are the stories of how change happens.
For the past 30 years, scientists, psychologists, teachers and entrepreneurs have been coming up with ways to overcome our biases and end unconscious discrimination, whether it be on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion age or even body type.
In this landmark book, Nordell sets out to meet the people who are finding solutions - from meditating police chiefs to innovative hiring policies - and explains how their discoveries are set to change the world.

This is an important discussion to be had. It is eye-opening to realize just how much bias works ‘under the hood.’
Listen, think and act.

There is difference, there is inequality, there is dominance, superiority and inferiority - I believe accepting and rolling with these realities is better than attempting to eradicate them - viva le difference!!!
Narration was emotionally dramatic at times which I considered at times as irritating (look at me!), and thought it would be interesting with a different narrator. As a suggestion to Audible: You could mix genders and cultures to be different from the writers.
Great polemic
