About this listen

Ready to start prioritising your happiness? Stuck in an endless loop of wanting to change but not sure where to start? This could be the book for you if you answered yes to either of those questions.

Most of us live a fast paced life, perhaps spending far too much time on social media, forgetting to slow down and appreciate the now and what is actually going on around us.

This book hopes to get you thinking about your own happiness, what makes you tick and tock — the good and the bad.

I’ll take you through different methods I personally have tried, my own experiences of ups and downs, building resilience, reflection, gratitude, getting rid of ego and caring less about things that do not matter. If you want to start making a change you’ve taken your first step with this book, now on to thinking about your own happiness, and ways you can cultivate it to lead a more fulfilling, happier life.

If you have enjoyed the book, be sure to leave a review!

Reading this in my 50s, it struck me very early on that this IS the book I needed to get me through tough times early in my life. Having learned the difficult way, how to navigate life and embrace my authentic self, I’m pretty sure that this book would have helped make this process quicker and less painful.
I recommend this to all those who are struggling, especially younger people. Take from it whatever helps you.

The guidebook to life I needed in my 20s

Such an interesting book and a wonderful insight into the mind of the author.

A semi autobiographical look at the ups and downs of life as a young man in today's hectic world, and a brief introduction into the workings of the brain.

The author delivers some fantastic insights into how the mind works but I can't help wondering what happiness is exactly.

They bare their very soul to the reader while offering insights into how to construct a life that might just make you happy.

Leaves me thirsty for more.
Really looking forward to the next publication from this talented writer.

Superb introduction to the psychology of the human animal. What a journey!
