About this listen
Ready to start prioritising your happiness? Stuck in an endless loop of wanting to change but not sure where to start? This could be the book for you if you answered yes to either of those questions.
Most of us live a fast paced life, perhaps spending far too much time on social media, forgetting to slow down and appreciate the now and what is actually going on around us.
This book hopes to get you thinking about your own happiness, what makes you tick and tock — the good and the bad.
I’ll take you through different methods I personally have tried, my own experiences of ups and downs, building resilience, reflection, gratitude, getting rid of ego and caring less about things that do not matter. If you want to start making a change you’ve taken your first step with this book, now on to thinking about your own happiness, and ways you can cultivate it to lead a more fulfilling, happier life.
If you have enjoyed the book, be sure to leave a review!
I recommend this to all those who are struggling, especially younger people. Take from it whatever helps you.
