I found this to be a very clear and helpful overview of this subject, particularly for anyone not familiar with it. It is also a great checklist of what is important at each stage of the process, even if you are familiar with some of it.
I would recommend this to anyone that is thinking of exiting their company in the future. It’s worth doing at least three years in advance, as recommended in the book, so you can make appropriate preparations for a smooth and maximum value exit when the time comes.

I've listened to this book right after John Warrillow's "The Art of Selling Your Business". Didn't hear any new important insights and a couple of weeks after finishing the book struggle to remember what was in it.

Nothing memorable
