I was so looking forward to this and the story didn’t disappoint. Writing is on point as usual from Max and Monroe. Julia and Ace are sweet, the parentals aren’t overkill, even Thatch! The narrators are perfectly cast. Unfortunately there were big audio errors and it needs re editing. I read along as I listen so noticed 4 pages at the end of chapter 8 were missing (pretty important as it’s where Ace decides to act). Also, on the audio the whole of chapter 16 is a repeat of the second half of chapter 15. There were a couple of other smaller errors but those mentioned were pretty big in terms of my enjoyment. I’m just glad a read along and didn’t miss anything. If you read your reviews M&M edit this audio please 🙏🏻.
