I absolutely love Kate stewart, her writing is brilliant, the ravenhood trilogy are the best books I have read you need to read all three to fully understand the whole story they are so worth reading I went through so many emotions which is rare for me the narrative is fantastic

Branching out from my usual genre of reading I stumbled across Flock and I am glad that I did! I listened to the first two books in this trilogy in 2 days and I needed to sit with them before I started on the final one. The ugly crying I have done has been mind blowing, I have never had an author or book make me feel so many emotions before.

Flock is a rollercoaster, you never quite know where you are, or what's going on and you still don't fully understand when it ends.

Exodus broke my soul in a way that no other book has done before. I have and still am an emotional wreck and I don't think I will ever fully recover from the events in this book.

The Final Chapter gave some much needed clarity on the first two books and I definitely needed it to start to heal.

Trying to review without giving away the mystery of this trilogy is hard, all I can say is READ/LISTEN to these books. You will not regret it. The story is made even better by, in my opinion, amazing narration. This trilogy has altered my soul! I have just preordered the physical copies because despite the rollercoaster of emotions and emotional mess I am at the moment, I know that I will revisit these time and time again. Kate Stewart has become a top 3 author after this trilogy and I can't wait to dive into her other books.

I know a lot of people stopped after Exodus, but The Finish Line is exactly what I needed to bring the broken pieces of my heart back together after Flock and Exodus. I was recommended to listen to the audio for TFL and it did not disappoint! Having the narration be done based on character lines and not distinct chapter-by-chapter POVs was new to me (after listening to hundreds of audiobooks) but it worked perfectly for this story.

The perfect ending

And put me back together again. I don’t even know where to begin. The love I have for all the characters is something that will stay with me for a really long time.
