Enjoyable story. Easy listening and kept me engaged. However, it needs a better ending as it felt unfinished.

Not for me personally. I felt it was a weak storyline that didn’t really go anywhere, there were loose ends that needed tidying up… with regard to Poppy, Selena, and the other neighbours. I also felt the narration could have helped the story by using more light and shade when describing certain scenes. Sorry to fans of Lisa Stone but I didn’t care for this one.

The story fell flat it as it was repetitive, far fetched and rushed at the end. Rather disappointing, I much prefer her other books.
