Having insufficient knowledge of how to commit a murder, despite her "extensive" training (why didn't she just smear him with Vanishing Cream? 3. Not allowing sufficient time to suss out the neighbours/neighbourhood before allowing her prey into the equation) are hiccups to this fine well set tale, which add angst and edginess.
