Both books take us on an emotional journey, both in the stories of the ghosts and in the real life drama within the members of GCP. Gabrielle’s story brings up themes of mental health, bereavement and loss, as well as what it means to be a woman in a man’s world. Darcy’s tale - abuse of power and morality in war. It is also interesting that we get a male ghost for a change. In the GCP team we have petty squabbling within the group plus a real threat to one of the team. A great series with excellent narration. Have already downloaded the next one! Highly recommended
