There is over 80 chapters but some are very small snippets of information while others are a but more lengthy.

I first read this book during my psychotherapy training, and found it helpful then. But revisiting it, after many years of working as a psychotherapist myself, and of running my own practice, I really notice the openness and creativity in Irvin Yalom’s work - such a refreshing insight into an incredibly talented man.
A Breath of Fresh Air!
