Ren didn't know the meaning of love until he took Della for his own. I fully recommend this duet of Ren and Della. I have loved every second of their story and felt the happiness and heartbreak from such wonderful narrators. This is a book that consumes you for the entirety, no wishing to speed it up and skip. I can not recommend Pepper Winters and her writing enough.

this story was heartbreaking it undone me in such a way. my heart felt like little ribbon. I had listened to this story in 1 day and most the night till 4am in the morning I could not put it down. it was a powerful story.

This book has totally wrecked my heart! What an amazing story. And the narrators totally brought it to life. This series of Ren and Della will always ALWAYS be one of my favourite.

I have to admit, that this book is one of the best that I have ever read and I have read a lot, over 500 books in my library. I was gripped to the very end, It almost felt that the book was based on someone’s life’s history, it felt so real and I immersed myself deeply with REN and
Della, cried and sobbed at the ending. Their love for each other was told beautifully. The first book , The boy and his ribbon must be read first to understand the second book .
