I really enjoyed this book. So interesting and not predictable. Good fun with a bit of drama thrown in. Frustratingly the entirety of an important wedding is left out between chapter 32 and 33. The sentence just cuts out and then it’s Christmas and they’re living in their new home. Really frustrating as that is a big and important part of the story. Otherwise a fabulous story and audiobook .

Enthralling read!

This was a sweet story that follows the lives of various layers of characters. Loved the accent of the various characters and the threads of the story that was told well

Good wholesome crime vs love story read

Beautifully narrated and a lovely story easy listening After blood and thunder this was so lovely to listen to. I like crime but slowly moving to the fluffy side

What a lovely easy story

story is good, but the Southampton accent is just a no from me. I have lived my entire life in Southampton and this narrators accent is more London, really annoying 😏

accent 🤦🏼‍♀️

I just didn’t warm to it, a bit of an interesting story but all a bit “blah” and I found the voices a tad annoying…. Have loved other books by her though

Could have been great
