Our brains will soon be Explosive after listening to this. Whether stress signals, learning about life or something else, survival mode or how to focus and concentrate is all within this. The author talks about visable stress or those types that hide as multitasking, and procrastination. Even elaborated on body fatigue or emotional stress signals to being impatient. Dont allow your mind to lose itself, become more aware of whats occuring, how to change it, and get ready to feel a whole lot better.

This audible book makes a lot of sense to me. My life has always been very busy. Going to college with two young sons was not meant for a very structured, same-every-day schedule for studying efficiently. I did the cramming late at night sessions and was exhausted all the time.

Von Jares details the types of learning schedules that helped me study and retain information. The shorter, more structured learning strategies work for me now. I use strategies that help maximize my active brain and energy peaks and valleys. I’m still working on the author’s information about mindfulness; I understand mindfulness, but I haven’t completely mastered it yet.

Von Jares points out the importance of sleep, nutrition, and movement are to effective earning—something I had to learn the hard way. Being well-nourished, sleeping well, and staying fit all contribute to the effectiveness of your learning and retrieval of learning.

I recommend this book highly to everyone that’s a lifelong learner, not just those who are formally studying in high school, college, or business.
