I laughed and I cried. I was moved and held in moments of heartbreak and sadness. I was lifted by the bravery, determination, courage and dignity of other characters in this beautiful book.

I read this book about five years ago and it was fantastic. I now listen to audible all the time and thought I would give it a listen to see if it was as good. It didn’t disappoint the narration was outstanding, especially by Bahni Turpin. Couldn’t stop listening to it. I highly recommend this book. If you love it, try the Yellow Crocus series by Laila Ibrahim 😁
