This was well written and engaging, with a sort of mythic, lyrical vibe which I enjoyed a lot. The plot was pretty basic, I suppose, but it hinted at a much wider world beyond the scope of this little tale. I'd be intrigued by a full novel taking place in this universe.

Well written, teases a wider world.
