He served on the Board of the Screen Actors Guild in Boston, and has been a spokesman for radio and television commercials and industrial films for companies such as AT&T, BMW, Burger King, Duracell, Honda, Pizza Hut, Sprint, and UPS. Mr. Sarris holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Speech from Northwestern University, and Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He has been involved in media ministry for over 30 years.

The narration makes it so much easier to get through the books of the Bible. There are many voice readers or covers out there; but the quality, appeal and comfort in those voices are way below Sarris' readings.

Particularly the computer animated voices can be very difficulty to listen to for long periods of time. I've gotten so used to Sarris' KJV narration and value it for its clarity, simplicity and human touch.

I live alone, so sometimes the motivation and focus can be a bit lacking, especially when one is under a lot of stress. Having access to such quality reading as a guide is awesome to me and much appreciated.
