Great story from start to finish. I couldn't get enough of it, it was hard to put down.

I did enjoy this audiobook… although seeing an individual review before I listened, seemed to be always in the back of my mind. I think I was a little disappointed, with one of the narrator’s voices, and think that was possibly due to the review. Next time will definitely not read any reviews before listening …. I have always enjoyed Sheila O’Flanagan’s work, and was excited about this project. I always want a happy ending 🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The book was good it felt a bit dragged out in the beginning and then all of a sudden it started to pick up, and I was hooked! Definitely will listen to it again. Overall 4 out of 5

I bought this book because of one of the narrators (Izzy chapters) and I’m delighted I did! I’ve never bought a book by the author before and I’m glad I did with this one. Funny and sweet storyline and wonderful narration pairing.

I've read or listened to many of Sheila's books and really enjoyed each and every one. Sadly this one was not close to any of them, to the point were I rechecked to see if it was her first and she'd just got better! I don't think the story flowed well at all and just seemed to be snatching at things. I also don't think the narrators did it any favours. I'm afraid I just couldn't get on with the younger character at all and couldn't wait to get her part out the way to move on to the other character who at least was easier to listen to. Sadly this just didn't do it for me this time
