About this listen

On moving to Brighton, Georgie finds throwing herself into the city's delights fun and exciting, but before she knows it, she's sliding into all kinds of trouble. Charlotte is in the city for a new start, hoping to keep her head down. A terrible revelation sent Rosa running from London, but could her passion for food lead her to more interesting places? As the three tenants find each other, it's as if a whole new chapter of their lives has begun.

Lucy Diamond has triumphed here and perfectly captured the vibe of Brighton. This story is both engaging and thought provoking. Going into too much detail about the characters would be somewhat of a ‘spoiler’ however this book is most certainly worth a credit or indeed bought as a paid purchase. I loved this book and only wish that Lucy would write a follow up as I would be very interested in finding out how the main characters progressed and what happened if new tenants moved into ‘The House Of New Beginnings’.

Brighton in all it's glory with a wonderful story

I loved this book, the author really helps you connect with the characters, while the narrator brings them to life. Lucy Diamond has done it again, a story full of life, loss and love.

This was a new start, for me, reading Lucy Diamond. I found this story a bit slow to take off, but once it did get going, I enjoyed it. An easy read covering three characters' journey through life and the ordeals they go through to find happiness.

I was a little unsure at first as all seemed a bit down! But once the stories unravel it is heartwarming

Good once you get into it

I just really enjoyed this I know The City and it most certainly captured
It and not just the Architecture, The Transient nature of it’s inhabitants and The ones that remain find their place and the ones that leave will have learned something they needed.
To me this is a summary without spilling any Beans, there nothing wrong with a bit of Chic Lit Just dip your toe in To see if it’s warm enough to come in.

Definitely Enjoyed it Worth a Listen
