Summary

It is May 1944. Something huge is coming.

This book had me from the start. I wasn’t familiar with the characters, but they came to life immediately and it was very easy to slip into their world.
Amazing narration by Issy Arnett. How she managed to portray each individual character with a distinct, yet totally believable voice is simply incredible! Da iawn.

This is a richly developed story that draws the listener into the complex world of WWII espionage but the delicate character development is what makes it so compelling. The incredible narration that includes both genders and multiple accents is superb, I will follow both the narrator and the author for more.

This is so beautifully narrated that it immerses you into the story and is very easy to listen to. The character's voices are easily distinguishable and consistent throughout so you're always aware of who is speaking. I really enjoyed this listening experience and am looking forward to the next one.
