I am trying iodine supplements out to see if symptoms I have clear up - skin symptoms & post menopausal slight bleed
I am a very healthy 62 year old but have many friends with many of the complaints listed from lack of iodine - especially female cancers, fibromyalgia, thyroid issues - I will research iodine supplementation further - I am very interested in treating the cause not the symptoms- and in natural remedies

This book has been recommended many times these past few years and even though I learned some about iodine and did the protocol a few years ago along with other protocols with what seemed positive results as a whole. I am only learning now the absolute amazing power of iodine as well as necessity for me to supplement with it forever without taking breaks as health issues creep back up without it. This is a treasure of a book to have in paperback for reference and to pass on to others so thos knowledge doesn't get lost.
