Since I first bought this wonderful book, I've listened to it more times than I remember... and I'm a grown up not a child (the presumed audience group!)
It's a wonderful overview of what God communicates to us through the pages of the Bible.
And excellently read (unsurprisingly so 😊) by David Suchet.

What made the experience of listening to The Jesus Storybook Bible the most enjoyable?

David Suchet reads the book with perfect annunciation. The story is very well written and I've actually given copies of this book to adults to help them understand the context of the whole bible. I have a copy of the book as well, and it made it doubly enjoyable to follow the story with the pictures too. Jesus said we should be 'as little children' and I think the book illustrates this particularly well.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Jesus Storybook Bible?

"Everything was ready. The moment God had been waiting for was here at last! God was coming to help his people, just as he promised in the beginning.But how would he come? What would he be like? What would he do?Mountains would have bowed down. Seas would have roared. Trees would have clapped their hands. But the earth held its breath. As silent as snow falling, he came in. And when no one was looking, in the darkness, he came."
