Three twisty mysteries, all set in Lyme Regis, one of England's most picturesque seaside towns.

DC Tina Abbott is supposed to be staying with her mum Annie while she's on maternity leave. And Annie isn't supposed to be sticking her nose into murder cases. But then, Annie Abbott never does as she's told.

When Annie and her swimming club friends stumble upon a body, they initially think one of their group might be responsible. But are they right? And will Tina and her colleagues from Dorset's Major Crime Investigations Team solve the mystery before they do?

Three charming coastal crime novels perfect for fans of the bestselling Dorset Crime series - and for anyone who's ever had their ice cream stolen by a seagull.

From the height of summer to the cosiness of Christmas, follow along with Annie, Tina and the gang as they stumble upon one mystery after another. If you love Agatha Christie or Richard Osman, you'll love these books.

I’ve enjoyed these whodunnits, so was sorry not to be able to find Book 4 on Audible. Maybe it’s not been written yet.

Good fun reads

I've read all of Rachel Mclean's other series, and love them. I was a little apprehensive at this series, worried it might be a bit pedestrian and suburban housewife. It's hysterical, kitsch, heart-warming, clever and nostalgic. The descriptive writing of Lyme Regis and the various local landmarks is glorious, I can envisage every shop-alike mentioned. Jan Cramer does a top job, as usual!

Can't wait for another!

Delightful Cosy Crime

Very ‘tame’ compared to previous series written by Rachael McLean. More grit needed as in previous crime stories.

Nothing like her usual story lines

really wouldn't happen in real life. love all the other related books including Zoe finch ect ect but really don't like these ones just make me feel awkward. Can't wait for book 13 of the Dorset crime series to come out in September.
