I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This was a really good book. It gave some really good advice on prepping food, dealing with the fridge and freezer, types of meals to have at breakfast, dinner and tea. I really liked the portion of the book dedicated to the length of time that certain foods can last in a fridge or freezer, which I found quite informative.
