The performance couldn't be better. So much variety in the voices it's easy to forget there's one narrator. Trollope weaves together the various plots to great effect.

I was really sad to say goodbye to Barset, all the characters had become so real to me. Living in poverty was powerfully drawn as were the good things of Plumstead. It was most beautifully read, a real entertainment.
