Summary

William Oh is not a legend. Yet.

He’s an orphan whose biggest dream is serving his absentee parents a knuckle-sandwich, but the only way to do that is to climb The Tower, the center of the world through which all magic flows.

A betrayal, a bit of generosity, and a knack for surviving impossible odds sow the seeds of a legend.

The only problem is… As the stories about him grow and take on a life of their own, can the boy outrun the legend he is becoming?

The story is an absolute blast and breath of fresh air and as with everything from Macronomicon is completely insane. The narration and the overall sound design from Soundbooth Theater and their friends and colleagues is just the icing on an already delicious cake! Could not recommend it more! (even wrote my first review for it)

Yet another Macronomicon masterpiece with a brilliant voice cast

Very much enjoyed this one - I have been following the story for a while and am very happy with this production - excellent narrators and it captured the spirit of the book well in terms of humour alongside solid action and character work along with very interesting world building. As always, the very strong portrayal of intelligence is a particular strength of the author. Looking forwards to the next release!

A great audio production for a very fun book

This fantastic production of a very well written story in the genre has me very eager to get the next installment. The pacing and character building is very good. My first time listening to the author but I'm definitely going to try some of his other titles.
