Yes I would because it is short, concise and deals with all the highly emotive factors that positively & negatively affect our performance. It reads like a compressed version of many books I have read in the area of Mental Science.

The beginning. It captures everything that you need to know from the get go and holds your attention. Very well done!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes I did listen to it two days in a row whilst driving.

Any additional comments?

Wasn't too keen on the quotes from Victoria Beckham because I don't find her to be a role model in any way shape or form. Overall it was great to hear the insights of some of the greats in the world such as Mohammed Ali, Will Smith, The Buddha and of course Wallace D Wattles.
