My name is Vinna, and I've been keeping a lot of secrets.

You would too if you'd experienced some of the weird shit I have: red-eyed monsters chasing me, markings on my body appearing out of nowhere, a strange power that crackles colorfully over my skin from time to time, and don't get me started on the weapons I can conjure up almost out of nowhere.

This story is amazing. Unique, action. mystery, romance all wrapped up in a story that sucks you in. Vinna is kickass, her powers are amazing! I love the bond and playful banter she has with "the boys". Definitely a must read and will one click the next book!!!

This book took me by surprise, in this story you are taken on a journey with many twists and turns, some totaly unexpected. The characters are many but all have a place to play within the story and are needed to build the picture up on the life of the main person . In places some of the story , for me seemed a bit rushed and could have done with some more information as I sometimes got mixed up with with what was going on and with whom but this is proberly just me not taking enough notice .
I would happerly recommend this to anyone looking for a good story that takes you to a different world even if this type of of book is not what you normally would read . It is something different that gives, I found a great story too get into , as this is not my normal style of book that I read but one I'm glad I tried.
Go for it if you want a great story to listern too .

I was baffled at first because the narrator seemed to talk very slowly. Was going to send the book back but I tried to speed it up and I’m glad I did. This is the best book I’ve listened to in ages. Going to download the series now.

This is a great start to this series, I really like how we got some answers toward the end but kept it open enough to crave the next book. There are a few twists in this one that will have you saying “I wondered” but they are not out of thin air either. The heroine is spectacular, she has sass from growing up the way she did and vulnerability as well. If you enjoy a good PNR that is a reverse harem, I would highly recommend starting this series. Narrative is excellent
