I have read/listened to many spiritual books, some of which can be quite hard to grasp but this book just makes sense to me. I feel happier and more aware after listening to it just once.

This book is not just for listening to, you need to participate in the exercises for true growth and there are many in each chapter. I have listened to it whilst driving however I am going to sit presently and listen to it and do the exercises properly ☺️❤️❤️
