I love this recipe book. I've followed a lot of books of Mediterranean Diet. because I got it this book is best for us. This book is for everyone trying to read this Guide Solution with Meal Plan and Recipes. This cookbook told me in detail about the diet. This book is very practical. There is one aspect about this book however that is very strange. It includes a section on the pros and cons on a number of other types of diets the reader may be considering. Two examples are the ketogenic diet and the paleo diet. The author notes that the ketogenic diet can increase the risk of health issues and is not a wise choice for long term health. Yet the same author has written several books on the keto diet! This puts the author's underlying motivation into question.

The author not only provides some great sounding recipes that fit the plan, but they also provide reasoning and benefits to the food types focused on during the Mediterranean diet.
