Should have read it rather than listened to it, I think I would have enjoyed it more. The male narrator was good, but the female narrator makes everyone sound like they are high as kites. It takes away from the story and makes me loose focus on what she is acctually saying. Maybe it's just me.

Definitely preferred The Deal. Couldn’t get on with Grace’s character or her voice, maybe that has influenced me!

i am an 18 year old girl who has always loved reading and in attempt to get back into the habit i decided to give the off campus/briar u series a go. this is because of how much its raved about so i went in with high expectations. The deal was a cute book, nothing special it gave me flashbacks to a few typical wattpad book i would read at 2 am when i was 14. it definitelt didnt fulfil my expectations as i guess i expected more but i know this is simply my preference and understand why other may love it. However the mistake feels like its almost leeching off of the previous book and its characters. there wasnt much character development and so i didnt feel much connection to either of the characters, specifically grace.
