Was enjoying the story but could not tolerate the narrator. Over exaggerated speech, almost shrieking/shouting at times, especially Annie which I didn't think was in keeping with her character. Will continue the book on Kindle and will avoid books narrated by this narrator in future. Returned.

Irritating narrator!

What a beautiful story, a story of time gone by and how different worlds were in that time.
