It plods along and doesn't need too much attention. Easy to listen to while you're doing something festive. The characters are equally a bit flat but it's worth a listen.

I really like this series, I actually liked it so much I’m now on the hunt for more detective series. Can’t find anything similar to this though. I obviously love the mystery but I REALLY enjoyed the snippets of the main characters life and following along with his own personal life throughout the series. Can’t wait for the next book!
