About this listen

Nostradamus wrote 1000 prophecies. Only 942 have survived. What happened to the missing verses? This mystery drives two very different men.

Adam Sabir is a writer desperate to revive his flagging career; Achor Bale is a member of an ancient secret society dedicated to the "Three Antichrists" foretold by Nostrodamus: Napoleon, Adolf Hitler - and "one still to come".

As Sabir is drawn into the hidden world of France's gypsies, Bale is on his trail. A terrifying hunt begins...

If you liked Da Vinci Code you'll love this. Mario Rending has written a brilliant story here. I loved it from the start, kept me listening right to the end and wanting more. Gareth Armstrong (the narrator) is absolutely amazing, you could be led to thinking it was more than one person reading.

FANTASTIC

The suspense definitely kept me on my toes. The writer was able to transport me on the journey with the characters. Will definitely seek out more books by this author.

I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book and am looking forward to more adventures of the main character. This book is set in France and the narrator, rather than using what can sometimes be irritating spoken English with an French accent, uses regional English accents to great effect to differentiate between the characters and the sub culture from which they originate.
